Its a beautiful little spot to have a staycation at, its quiet, private, peaceful, and lots of beautiful animals to look at. My fiancee is from mexico and has a ranch out there! She felt right at home with their ranch. Beautiful property, friendly neighbors, though they dont pop out often when they do they are very kind!
Their boxer is the cutest too! Dont be afraid if hes out and about either 😂 5 stars for everything we loved our SECOND stay here! Will be back soon!

The property was fantastic! When there was a hiccup, we turned off the hot water not knowing we did it, it was addressed right away. The stay was just marvelous!!

An absolutely incredible space to stay, perfect for a staycation. The farm is so nice and peaceful. Chad was very kind and helpful. The Art Studio is even nicer than the images. Would love to stay here again.

Loved my quick stay at the farm! Such a well appointed and decorated space. Very quiet and such a comfortable bed. My favorite was watching the turkeys walk around from the window and walking around the property to see the different animals!!

Wow... is the only word for this beautiful get away! Not only is the place extremely peaceful, but the photos don't do it its total justice. If you book you will be beyond impressed and you and your guest willl not want to leave. Especially during a calm morning with cute little turkeys walking by haha. Loved all the animals and I highly recommend this location. Spotless room and easy check in and out.

The cottage at arrandale farms was a great choice for our quick one night getaway. Chad was able to accommodate us for early check in as well, so we had extra time to walk around the farm and enjoy what they have to offer. Would definitely recommend!!

This was my second stay at the farm… and I’ll be back again! An out of this world oasis in Phoenix. The cottage was clean, comfy and well appointed. The outdoor shower was private and refreshing- even in the heat of summer. Definitely worth booking a stay!

Chad’s place was so amazing.
There are so many details that I want to describe and explain, but it’s better to come and stay. The space is super clean, and the amenities were perfect. I also loved seeing the beautiful animals!!

Chads place was beautiful! We took a walk around the farm to see the different animals and loved the free roaming piggies. The hot tub was also easy to use. We would love to come again in the fall.

The airstream was comfy and the air conditioning was able to keep up even in the peak of summer. Seeing the animals when I checked in and walked the property was such a cute unexpected feature!
