Good to know

A king-size bed with side tables, beautiful hand-tufted high-grade leather love seat, a cool little kitchenette, awesome bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. Enjoy a view of our stone fruit orchard from our huge window with a reading nook. Accessibility: Gravel Parking Pavered Path + Concrete Path Parking is located at the front of the property. Walking to the unit is about 150ft from parking. Due to the nature of our property, their safety, and our livestock safety, no pets are allowed. Please be aware that the property does have animals on site. This includes (but not limited to) donkeys, alpacas, chickens, emu, goats, dogs, cats, birds, and pigs. Farm animals do make noises and can make smells. We pride ourselves in trying to decrease this as much as possible. We have three unique units on our 2-acre farm. Each one has something we feel makes them special. Be sure to check out The Cottage at Arrandale Farms and The Airstream at Arrandale Farms. We also have an outdoor equipment rental company called OUTr RIM Adventure Rentals where you can rent inflatable paddle boards, beach chairs, mountain bikes, and more. Lake Pleasant is only 30 minutes north of the farm and a fantastic place to spend a day. The best part is that we can have the equipment ready for you pretty much on demand.

Neighborhood

We are Chad and Anthony, our neighborhood was built in 1969. At that time it was on the outskirts of Phoenix and was boasted as "farm life in the city".. Thus we are surrounded by unique and cute little farms. Some of them host exotic animals such as deer, zebra, and camels. Beyond our neighborhood, we are within a short drive to lake pleasant, numerous hiking trails, Hurricane Harbor, World Wild Life Zoo, Musical Instrument Museum, outlet malls, and other shopping.

Guest Access

Our property is a working 2-acre farm — which means there’s always a little life and activity happening here! Each of our Airbnb stays is a private, standalone space reserved just for you, so you’ll have your own building to relax in. However, please note that the outdoor areas of the farm are shared spaces. You may see us tending crops, caring for animals, or hosting small farm-related events during your visit. We love sharing our land with guests and our community, and we do our best to make sure all activities are respectful and minimally disruptive. If you’re looking for a peaceful farm setting with a touch of authentic, working-farm charm — you’ll feel right at home here.

What a cool place! We booked this Airbnb for a one-night staycation and couldn’t have been happier. Impeccably clean space, well thought out, and great amenities. We enjoyed breakfast on the Loco on the nice patio and walked among the animals. Will definitely be back to check out one of the other rental options!

One of the coolest places I’ve stayed in Arizona. The artist studio had just what we needed for a busy weekend and was in a great central location. The farm was an awesome experience. Loved the animals, especially the bunnies! Hoping to stay here again some time!

Arrandale Farms is a very peaceful and beautiful place. It has the perfect combination of having the privacy of a rural home with instant access to everything the Phoenix and surrounding area has to offer. My wife and i will be back! Thanks Chad!

The farm was amazing, we didn't get to spend much time here since we only stayed one night and we got in late and left super early to catch our flight but we were excited to be able to check out The Haunted Farm event that was taking place during our stay. The amenities were wonderful, comfy bed and such a cute place! I especially appreciated the to go cups provided with the coffee so I was able to take my java to go with me on the road at 4 a.m. before my flight. We hope we can come stay again sometime and for longer if we're back in the area, thank you for everything! If you're looking for a unique and homey place to stay you found the right spot!

We loved staying at the Artist Studio at Arrandale Farms! Everything was clean, it didn’t smell like a farm at all and you couldn’t hear any of the animal noises. I would definitely come back and stay here, the neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. I’ve been telling my whole family about our stay here 😊

Only stayed here for one night (and wish we could’ve stayed longer), but Chad’s place is amazing! 100000/10 could not recommend enough. The studio is so comfortable and homey. Had beautiful artistic touches. The bathroom in itself is a masterpiece haha. Had fun exploring the farm and interacting with the lovely animals there. We loved the whole experience. Would rebook if we visit Phoenix again!
