What a cool place! We booked this Airbnb for a one-night staycation and couldn’t have been happier. Impeccably clean space, well thought out, and great amenities. We enjoyed breakfast on the Loco on the nice patio and walked among the animals. Will definitely be back to check out one of the other rental options!

I genuinely loved staying at Chad’s cottage. The space was perfect for a friend and I, and the outdoor shower was amazing. I really enjoyed being able to walk around and see the farm animals. I would 10000% recommend this stay, and if I come back to Phoenix, I’ll be booking again!!

What a cute little place! Our flight was delayed so we got in much later than anticipated, so we weren’t really able to enjoy the animals but the space itself was great. We loved the outdoor shower.

One of the coolest places I’ve stayed in Arizona. The artist studio had just what we needed for a busy weekend and was in a great central location. The farm was an awesome experience. Loved the animals, especially the bunnies! Hoping to stay here again some time!

Our stay here at Arrandale Farms was so unique and full of memories. We felt so welcome and accommodated! If we ever come back, we’re staying here!! The kids (and all of us) loved the animals!

Arrandale Farms is a very peaceful and beautiful place. It has the perfect combination of having the privacy of a rural home with instant access to everything the Phoenix and surrounding area has to offer. My wife and i will be back! Thanks Chad!

It’s hard not to GATE KEEP this place!!
I love everything about it and my daughter does too! Sampson the pig is basically a big puppy dog and can be found slumbering about the property
There’s an walk in aviary, curious emus
Rabbits, donkeys, alpaca chickens and a turkey and a nice little self-serve store with local goodies as well as farm merch!

What a jewel of a place! The cottage is in the rear of a very large garden, which houses a variety of animals : donkeys, alpaca, emu, rabbits, birds, chickens and some pigs! You do not realise how big the area is due to trees and shrubs. The cottage is beautifully styled and in the studio kitchen to our delight was a kettle! All the usual kitchen appliances as mentioned in the brief and the bed was super comfy and large. The shower was outside the cottage, all self contained within four walls, really lovely to shower outdoors! We only stayed one night and I wouldve loved to have seen the Halloween evenings in full flow, the decorations were amazing throughout the garden.
There are two other Airb&b residences within the garden but you would not know they were even there, it is such a peaceful location as well. Thank you Chad, we will be back if we are ever back in the Phoenix area.

We loved it here! Staying in the airstream was so fun, we got to enjoy the hot tub each night we were there, and spent some quality time with all of the animals! All of the animals were very friendly and the property was very relaxing.

chad was a wonderful host, we met him upon arrival and he was very kind and friendly. the airstream itself was super clean and had so many amenities, it was a great place to stay for 2 nights! we loved walking around the farm and meeting all the animals :)
